– New Patients
We are always accepting new patients. All new patients are required to complete the comprehensive intake forms and then do an examination with the doctor. If you have any questions about the exam process or any of our office procedures and policies, please feel free to give us a call and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
– What Do I Need to Know Before My First Visit?
In order to become an established member of our practice, new patients must complete an initial visit that includes filling out a new patient history intake and then do an exam with the doctor. The intake and examination process is thorough, and you can expect the process to take approximately 1 hour. We want to be sure that we are getting all of the information we need to provide you with the best care we can, and sometimes that involves spending a little more time with patients. For Atlas Orthogonal patients, a cervical spine x-ray series will be required as well. After the exam, we can proceed with an adjustment. At the end of your first visit, the doctor will discuss your care options based on the findings of the intake and exam.
If you are an existing upper cervical patient, we are happy to utilize x-rays and information from your previous provider and waive the fee for x-rays if your existing x-rays have been taken within the last 2 years and provide the views required for Atlas Orthogonal care. Please give us a call if you think that the x-rays you have on file may be helpful for your current care needs.
